The best seafood salad I’ve ever had

I had this salad two times during my weekend in Holland. It was that good.

Afraid I can’t give you an exact recipe, but here’s what I believe it contained:

  • Eel
  • Smoked salmon
  • Deep-fried mussels
  • Shrimps
  • Mung beans
  • Tomato
  • Salad greens
  • Cucumber
  • Croutons
  • Boiled egg
  • Caviar
  • Pine nuts
  • Thousand Island dressing

Oh how I’ve missed seafood!

Ohhh that looks good too! Might even add it to the ‘to try’ list although I think I’d skip caviar (I’m still unemployed) and not sure about the eel… I think I’ve almost got Wil to trust me in the kitchen again, but that might be taking it too far!!

It was surprisingly normal tasting… was my first time so I was a bit anxious too!
